This emblematic estate belongs to the Westphal family, originally from Alsace, renowned for their exceptional expertise in viticulture and distillation. The vineyard covers 200 hectares, including 50 hectares of carefully cultivated vines across five plots, encompassing about ten traditional grape varieties, ensuring a unique richness and aromatic complexity.
The Château Saint-Aubin cellar, passionately designed by the Westphal family, perfectly combines tradition and innovation.
