Bas Armagnac - Baron Gaston Legrand - Pansue 2 litres 1984
The Maison Lhéraud is located in the heart of the Lasdoux estate, situated in the commune of Angeac, recognized under the Cognac appellation, in the prestigious Charentes region. Founded in 1860, this historic house owes its origin to Alexandre Lhéraud, a family pioneer who planted the first vines in his garden. Today, the estate covers 85 hectares of vineyards spread over two of the six Cognac crus, with a predominance in the highly reputed Petite Champagne cru, guaranteeing finesse and elegance to the eaux-de-vie. The Lhéraud family also owns five authentic cellars made of blonde Charente stone where Limousin oak barrels rest patiently, promoting a natural and harmonious aging of the spirits.
From Lannepax in Gers, the Maison Lhéraud produces a wide range of exceptional Armagnacs under the renowned name Baron Gaston Legrand. These Armagnacs come from a traditional single distillation, made from dry white wines from the unique terroir of Ténarèze, using a column still designed to enhance the aromas. These authentic eaux-de-vie, rich in character and complexity, represent the excellence of the art of distillation in the Southwest of France.
