Gaston Legrand - Vintage 1986 - Bas Armagnac - 40% ABV
The Maison Lhéraud is located at the Lasdoux estate, situated in the commune of Angeac, right in the heart of the prestigious Cognac appellation in Charentes. Founded in 1860, it originates from Alexandre Lhéraud, the family pioneer who planted the first vines in his garden. Today, this exceptional estate covers 85 hectares of vineyards spread over two of the six Cognac crus, with a predominance of the renowned Petite Champagne. The Lhéraud family manages five cellars made of blonde Charente stone, where Limousin oak barrels rest patiently. These unique conditions guarantee a natural and optimal aging process, respectful of ancestral traditions. From Lannepax, in the Gers, Maison Lhéraud also produces an exclusive range of Armagnacs under the prestigious brand Baron Gaston Legrand. These Armagnacs are made from a single distillation of dry white wines from the authentic terroir of Ténarèze, carried out in a traditional column still. Discover a unique know-how, reflecting excellence and French terroir, perfect for connoisseurs of high-end spirits.
