The Maison Lhéraud is a key player located at the Lasdoux estate, in the charming commune of Angeac, in the heart of the prestigious Cognac appellation in Charentes. Founded in 1860, it owes its expertise to Alexandre Lhéraud, a family pioneer who planted the first vines in his garden. Today, the estate covers 85 hectares of vineyards, strategically spread over 2 of the 6 emblematic crus of Cognac, with a majority of Petite Champagne recognized for the finesse of its terroir. The Lhéraud family also owns 5 traditional cellars made of blonde Charente stone, housing Limousin oak barrels, ensuring natural and optimal aging of the eaux-de-vie. From Lannepax, in Gers, Maison Lhéraud produces an exceptional range of Armagnacs under the renowned brand Baron Gaston Legrand. These Armagnacs result from a single distillation of dry white wines from the unique terroir of Ténarèze, carried out in a traditional column still, ensuring unmatched purity and aromatic richness.
