Shrubb JM is a traditional liqueur from the Antilles, born from the blend of white agricultural rum and carefully selected bitter and sweet orange peel. With its 35% vol. strength, it reflects the spirit of Creole festivals and remains a staple of family celebrations and end-of-year meals in Martinique.
Its luminous color with orange highlights announces a joyful aromatic intensity. The nose opens with frank notes of candied orange, fresh zest and sweet spices , offering a seductive complexity. On the palate, the attack is ample and gourmet: the liveliness of the agricultural rum is balanced with the fruity roundness of the orange and a fine zesty bitterness that brings freshness and relief. The texture, smooth and generous, evolves towards a long and aromatic finish, marked by persistent accents of orange peel and cinnamon.
