Freshly pressed cane juices are fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve all the aromatic richness of the terroir, then precisely distilled in a traditional column distillation process. This VO cuvée is distinguished by a blend of rums aged for at least three years in the tropical climate of Polynesia, in French and American oak barrels. Each barrel is individually selected before a patient blend, slowly reduced to 43% to preserve the aromatic intensity and balance on the palate. A dry, authentic rum, without sugar or additives.
