Père Labat - White Rum - 59% - 70cl version

The history of the distillery dates back to the 18th century when Madame Poisson acquired the estate, then a simple sugar refinery on the island of Marie-Galante. Subsequently, at the beginning of the 20th century, improvements and an investment by Mr. Rameau, who became owner of the estate, in a still and a red copper creole column will make the Poisson estate from candy to high quality distillery. . Mr. Rameau decided to pay homage to his rums to a pioneer in the techniques of distilling fresh cane wine, Father Labat *. These rums of quality elaborated in line with the great agricultural rums by the Poisson distillery have since been baptized the "rums of Father Labat".

This 59% white rum distilled by Poisson-Père Labat is the only white rum on the island to be marketed at such a titration. Derived from the ancestral know-how of the distillery, this rum has an incomparable aromatic concentration allowed by its degree of titration.

This 70cl version is also offered by the Clos des Millésimes in 1 liter format.
