The exceptional rums from the Clairin house embody the authenticity and richness of Haitian artisanal tradition. Derived from environmentally respectful cultivation, the sugar canes used do not come from hybrid lineages and are grown with meticulous care within a certified organic farming framework. Hand-harvested, these canes are then transported to the distillery using traditional cabriolets, ox-drawn carts, thus preserving an ancestral know-how. Fermentation naturally begins thanks to indigenous yeasts, followed by precise distillation carried out in pot stills heated over an open flame. Each bottle of rum is bottled at natural proof, guaranteeing unmatched quality and purity.

This Clairin Communal white rum is an exclusive blend of rums from the four emblematic communes of Sajous, Vaval, Casimir, and Le Rocher. This unique blend enhances the character and specificities of each of these small artisanal distilleries, offering perfect balance and exceptional aromatic richness. The result of a harmonious marriage, it stands out for remarkable complexity, revealing subtle notes and an unforgettable taste profile.
