Rivière des Créoles is a prestigious collaboration between Stéphane L’Éveillé, a master distiller native to Mauritius, and the renowned Distillerie Saint Aubin. Located in the Savanne region of Mauritius, the Saint Aubin estate is a gem of authenticity that combines history and artisanal expertise. It includes a majestic 19th-century colonial mansion, a traditional vanilla plantation, an exotic greenhouse dedicated to tropical flowers, as well as a high-quality artisan rum distillery. The cultivation of sugarcane on this exceptional terroir dates back to 1819, symbolizing a deep agricultural and cultural heritage.

This pure white rum is meticulously crafted from sugarcane of the R-579 variety, selected for their excellence. The distillation combines the finesse of the pot still and the efficiency of the column still, ensuring a perfect balance of aromas. This rum benefits from 24 months of aging in barrels, giving it a unique richness and aromatic complexity rare for a white rum. Production is limited to only 504 numbered bottles, thus ensuring a highly sought-after exclusivity among discerning enthusiasts and collectors.
