Armagnac Laberdolive - Domaine de Jaurrey 1973
The Bas Armagnac Laberdolive are carefully crafted by the Laberdolive family of merchants, a passionate and expert dynasty since 1893. They lovingly manage the prestigious Domaine de Jaurrey, ideally located between the Landes and the Gers, precisely in Labastide d’Armagnac, a region renowned for its exceptional terroir. The typical grape varieties of the estate, such as Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Bacco, are cultivated with ancestral know-how, ensuring superior quality and remarkable finesse. Distillation is carried out with a traditional copper still, a method that enhances the aromas and gives each eau-de-vie exceptional purity. The Armagnacs are then patiently aged in oak barrels from the forests of their estate, ensuring natural and authentic aging. Each vintage perfectly embodies the unique specifics of its year, revealing the precise influences of climatic conditions on the harvest, to offer an exceptional spirit and an unforgettable tasting experience.
