Facing a major sugar crisis, he revolutionized the operation by abandoning sugar production in favor of distilling pure juice agricultural rum<\/strong>.<\/p>
His visionary ambition was to extract fresh sugarcane juice, harvested directly from his fields, to create an authentic rum of exceptional quality.
