A liqueur is characterized by a neutral alcohol, sweetened and delicately flavored. The fruit cream belongs to the large family of liqueurs, with a main specificity: its very high sugar content. Indeed, a liqueur must contain at least 100 g of sugar per liter and an alcohol content between 15 and 55%. When the sugar content exceeds 250 grams per liter, the product is qualified as "cream."
