The Windholtz distillery, located in Ribeauvillé in Alsace, is a key reference in the field of fruit brandies and liqueurs. With a family tradition spanning three generations, the Windholtz family preserves exceptional artisanal know-how. This prestigious house was even voted "best fruit brandy distillery in the world," a guarantee of quality and authenticity.

A liqueur is characterized by a neutral alcohol, sweetened and delicately flavored. The fruit cream belongs to the large family of liqueurs, with a main specificity: its very high sugar content. Indeed, a liqueur must contain at least 100 g of sugar per liter and an alcohol content between 15 and 55%. When the sugar content exceeds 250 grams per liter, the product is qualified as "cream." These fruit liqueurs and creams are ideal for enhancing your cocktails, but also to be enjoyed as a digestif or used to enhance your culinary recipes.
