Massenez Distillery - Vine Peach Liqueur - 20%
The Massenez Distillery is located in Dieffenbach-au-Val, in Alsace, a region renowned for its unique expertise in distillation. Founded in 1870 by Jean-Baptiste Massenez, a passionate master distiller, this emblematic house continues an ancestral tradition. In 1913, his son Eugène Massenez innovated by distilling wild raspberry for the first time, an exceptional eau-de-vie appreciated by the Queen of Sweden, thus granting the distillery the prestigious title of official supplier to the court of the King of Sweden. Gabriel Eugène, representing the third generation, greatly contributed to the international reputation of the distillery by partnering with haute cuisine, collaborating with starred chefs such as Paul Bocuse and prestigious establishments like La Tour d’Argent. Facing remarkable growth, a new distillery was inaugurated in 1979 to meet increasing demand. Today, the brand is present in more than 110 countries, while diversifying its range of high-quality liqueurs and spirits. In 2010, Massenez Distillery joined the Grandes Distilleries Peureux, known for their iconic Griottines. Under the leadership of Bernard Baud, President of Grandes Distilleries Peureux, this union has given new momentum while preserving the authenticity and ancestral DNA of the house.
A liqueur is a neutral alcohol that is then sweetened and delicately flavored. Fruit cream is an integral part of the large family of liqueurs, particularly appreciated for its balance between sweetness and aromatic complexity. The main difference between a liqueur and a fruit cream lies in the sugar content of the product: a liqueur must contain at least 100 g\/L of sugar and have an alcohol content between 15% and 55%. When the sugar content exceeds 250 grams per liter, it is then called "creams." These fruit liqueurs and creams are perfect for creating innovative cocktails, enhance a refined digestif, or elevate your dishes in cooking thanks to their unique aromas.
