The Neisson Distillery<\/strong>, a symbol of Martinican excellence, is located in the heart of Carbet<\/strong>, in Martinique<\/strong>. Founded in 1932 by the Neisson brothers, this family distillery is the result of the passion of Jean Neisson, a chemical engineer who dedicated his life to perfecting innovative distillation techniques. Today, this ancestral know-how is carried on by his descendants, Claudine and then her son Grégory, guardians of an authentic and committed tradition.<\/p>

Since 2013, the Neisson Distillery has firmly committed to a sustainable approach with the transition to certified organic farming<\/strong>. In 2016, it proudly launched the first organic AOC Martinique rum, respectful of the environment and local biodiversity. This ecological transition now extends to more than 40 hectares of land cultivated according to responsible practices.<\/p>

Neisson also stands out for the exclusive use of its own strains of indigenous yeasts<\/strong>, rigorously selected from those naturally present on the distillery's sugar canes. This unique process guarantees optimized fermentation and gives its agricultural rums their inimitable aromatic complexity.<\/p>

The careful choice of crop varieties adapted to each plot, the controlled management of irrigation to preserve water resources, as well as the efficient treatment of effluents, demonstrate Neisson's strong commitment to producing exceptional agricultural rums in perfect harmony with the surrounding ecosystem<\/strong>.<\/p>

Profile 62<\/strong> is an exclusive limited edition<\/strong> available only at Clos des Spiritueux<\/strong>. This exceptional rum has been carefully aged in new oak barrels<\/strong>, revealing rich and powerful notes. Only 900 bottles<\/strong> were produced, making this Profile 62 a rare treasure sought after by discerning enthusiasts.<\/p>
