The Jean Cavé Armagnacs are carefully crafted in Lannepax, in the heart of the Gers department, a region emblematic of Armagnac production in France. The prestigious history of the Jean Cavé house began in 1883, when Monsieur Jean Cavé, a passionate winemaker from Lannepax, became a "bouilleur éleveur" surrounded by his family. Located at the center of the Armagnac appellation, this family house now counts four generations of master distillers who excellently perpetuate the ancestral know-how of distillation, aging, and maturation of the precious Armagnac eaux-de-vie.

With a tradition over 130 years old, the Jean Cavé house benefits from an exceptional stock of old Armagnacs allowing it to offer its clientele an essential range of authentic and refined products.

They thus reveal the singularity of the vintage, highlighting the unique characteristics of a given year, as well as a faithful reflection of the climatic conditions and terroir that influenced the birth of each eau-de-vie.
