These pure traditional rums are made from non-hybrid sugar canes, carefully cultivated according to environmentally friendly practices and certified organic. Manual harvesting ensures optimal quality, while the transport of the canes to the distillery is done using traditional cabriolets, typical ox carts, highlighting ancestral methods.
Fermentation starts spontaneously, thus offering a unique and natural aromatic profile, followed by meticulous distillation carried out in pot stills heated over an open flame. This ancestral process allows obtaining a clear, pure, and powerful rum, bottled "at natural strength," without alteration or dilution.
The Clairin SAJOUS 2016 rum is an exceptional product from Haiti, made exclusively from the Cristalline sugar cane of the 2016 harvest.
