Discover the unique artisanal rums from the Clairin house, true gems of Haitian tradition. Made from non-hybrid sugarcane, meticulously cultivated with strict respect for ancestral methods and the environment (organic certification), these rums embody authenticity and purity. The canes are hand-harvested before being transported to the distillery using traditional ox-drawn carts, ensuring total respect for the raw material. The fermentation, 100% spontaneous, reveals rich and complex aromas, while distillation is carried out in pot stills heated by direct fire. The rum is bottled at natural strength, preserving all its organoleptic qualities.

This remarkable edition comes from the Sajous distillery and benefits from an exclusive 21-month aging in former Caroni barrels, renowned for their unique influence on the aromatic profile, between June 2016 and March 2018. This singular cuvée was carefully selected by the famous bartender Luc Litschgi, guaranteeing an exceptional tasting experience for lovers of exceptional rums.
