The Distillerie Cazottes is located in Villeneuve-sur-Vère, in the heart of the Tarn, a region renowned for its exceptional terroir. Under the passionate leadership of Laurent Cazottes, heir to a traditional know-how passed down by itinerant distillers, this distillery prioritizes production that respects nature. All fruits and flowers used come from certified organic farming, complemented by rigorous biodynamic practices, ensuring unparalleled quality and purity.
The estate includes about 600 Williams pear trees, 200 Reine Claude Dorée plum trees, as well as vines planted since 2010. The distillery carefully produces exceptional eaux-de-vie, artisanal liqueurs, refined aperitifs, and wine, highlighting the local agricultural heritage.
The cedrat liqueur is meticulously crafted from cedrats of the Citrus Medica variety, harvested at optimal maturity to reveal powerful aromas and a unique freshness.
