The Distillerie Cazottes is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Vère, in the heart of the Tarn, a region renowned for the quality of its terroirs. Laurent Cazottes, master distiller and heir to an ancestral knowledge of itinerant distilling, passionately cultivates his fruits and flowers according to the strict principles of organic farming and biodynamics. His estate includes nearly 600 Williams pear trees, 200 Golden Queen plum trees, and vineyards cultivated since 2010. His production encompasses exceptional eaux-de-vie, artisanal liqueurs, refined aperitifs, and exceptional organic wines.
The organic tomato liqueur is made from a unique blend of 72 carefully selected varieties, such as Golden Jubilee, Black Crimea, Rose of Berne, Market Wonders, and Cornue des Andes. The tomatoes, harvested at full maturity, are hand-sorted and then cut into quarters with artisanal care. They then undergo a slow and delicate maceration in a homemade organic eau-de-vie, ensuring optimal extraction of natural aromas and superior taste quality, thus marking the excellence of this exceptional organic tomato liqueur.
