Gadyamb is an iconic brand of arranged rums, passionately created by Etienne and Julien. Their meeting in 1999 in Saint Joseph, at the heart of the southern tip of the magnificent island of Réunion, marks the beginning of a unique adventure. After leaving the island to pursue higher education in mainland France, they decided in 2018 to put their respective careers on hold – media consultant and chef – to bring to life an ambitious project born during the long mainland winters: Les Arrangés Gadyamb. The secret of their success lies in a rigorous approach based on three pillars of excellence: trusted partners committed to the project, carefully selected ingredients – fruits picked at perfect ripeness, hand-cut to preserve all their natural flavors – and an original barrel maceration method, ensuring a stable, clear, and authentically flavorful final product.
Skori is an exceptional rum from the prestigious Savanna distillery located on Réunion. Its name is inspired by "Scorie," volcanic fragments ejected during powerful magmatic eruptions, a strong symbol of the Réunion terroir. This rum was meticulously aged for 125 days, recalling the exact duration of the spectacular 2006 eruption of the Piton de la Fournaise. The maturation took place in an ex-American oak red wine barrel, carefully refurbished and equipped with custom toasting, giving this single cask unique aromas and remarkable gustatory complexity. Produced in an ultra-limited edition, only 204 bottles of this precious nectar are available, making each bottle a rare and sought-after piece.
