ANGOSTURA - 1787 - 40%

The fascinating history of Angostura begins in 1824, when Dr. Siegert sought to perfect his iconic Bitter recipe in the charming town of Angostura in Venezuela. Today, Angostura Bitters are recognized as an essential ingredient for preparing classic and sophisticated cocktails such as the Manhattan or the Old Fashioned. In 1875, the company moved to Trinidad, where it continues to practice its craft with excellence. It was only in the 1940s that Angostura ventured into distilling its own Trinidadian rum, offering a prestigious range of white and amber rums, appreciated by connoisseurs worldwide.

Angostura 1787 is an exceptional blend of super premium rums, carefully aged for at least 15 years. This exceptional rum is the latest creation to enrich the prestigious collection of the Angostura house. Its aromatic palette is both smooth and slightly sweet, perfectly balanced by subtle notes of prune, rich caramel, and refined woody spices. This unique blended rum symbolizes the elegance and tradition of superior quality spirits.
