CHALONG BAY - White Rum - 40%

Chalong Bay is located on the southeast coast of Phuket, in Thailand. The name Chalong, meaning "celebration" in Thai, perfectly embodies the authenticity and richness of this iconic bay. This region not only celebrates the ancestral traditions of rum making but also the skillful blend of heritage, local culture, and the expertise of those involved in producing this exceptional natural rum. These rums are crafted artisanally according to a sustainable production that skillfully combines the traditional French art of distillation with the deep richness of the Thai sugarcane heritage. The process uses a traditional copper still imported from France combined with an ancestral distillation method, the result of several centuries of experience. After meticulous research, only an indigenous variety of sugarcane, recognized for its superior quality, is rigorously selected. Grown without any chemical fertilizers, this cane is harvested exclusively by hand in partnership with local farmers, thus guaranteeing the absolute purity and natural preservation of the sugarcane. This exemplary approach makes Chalong Bay an iconic Thai white rum, recognized for its authentic taste, premium quality, and eco-responsible commitment.
