This Single Malt Whisky embodies the first gem marketed by the Distillerie de Paris. Crafted from a meticulous blend of malts selected according to precise drying, cooking, and peating temperatures, it is carefully distilled in a traditional Holstein still. Aged for 3 years in Seguin Moreau French oak barrels, this whisky reveals a perfect balance between aromatic power and finesse, with a gradual water reduction to enhance its aromas.
Slightly peated, this whisky unveils delicate smoky notes and remarkable depth, ideal for discerning enthusiasts and demanding collectors.
