The independent bottler Michel Couvreur, originally recognized as a prestigious producer and merchant of Burgundy wines, has established itself as an essential reference in the world of artisanal whisky. Since its first distillation in 1986 at Edradour, this exceptional house carefully and passionately selects superior quality Scottish whiskies to age them in the emblematic region of Bouze-Lès-Beaune, strategically located between Scotland and Andalusia. Michel Couvreur is renowned for its unique expertise in aging in Sherry and Port casks, thus bringing complex and authentic aromas to its whiskies. Every step, from the rigorous selection of casks to the precise blending, is part of a traditional know-how enriched by innovative techniques and meticulous daily work. Since Michel Couvreur's passing in 2013, his legacy has been passionately carried on by his son-in-law Cyril Deschamps and his wife Alexandra, who continue to craft these exceptional spirits with the same demand for quality and creativity.

Pale Single Single is an exceptional whisky aged 12 years, carefully matured in Amontillado Sherry casks directly in Burgundy, which gives it a unique aromatic richness, combining finesse and depth.
