Whisky G Rozelieures is an exceptional French whisky, carefully aged and distilled in Lorraine by the renowned Distillerie Grallet Dupic. The Grallet-Dupic family, master distillers for five generations, are also owner-growers: they cultivate their own barley on naturally rich lands, thus ensuring optimal quality of raw materials. All Rozelieures whiskies are authentic Single Malts, and this distillery is a pioneer in France in the use of peated malts, bringing a unique aromatic complexity to its creations. Strong defenders of ancestral tradition, the whiskies are double-distilled before being patiently aged in oak barrels exclusively sourced from local forests, guaranteeing a slow and harmonious maturation. Furthermore, Rozelieures regularly enriches its blends through the innovative use of barrels that previously contained prestigious wines and spirits from Kentucky, Sherry, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and the Southwest, thereby imparting subtle and refined notes to its whiskies.
