TW Spiritueux is a distillery located in the heart of Laguiole, in the authentic region of Aubrac, right in Aveyron. Founded in 2014 by 12 enthusiasts of craftsmanship and whisky, this family business has successfully combined tradition and local know-how to create exceptional spirits. They installed their brewery and still in the old presbytery of the village, named Le Presbytère des Anges, then transformed an old convent in Laguiole into a unique aging cellar, offering optimal conditions for perfect maturation. Passionate connoisseurs of exceptional rums, the founders also highlighted the talent of their cellar master, Florent Caston, by developing an exclusive range of high-end rums.

Hematite is among the very first casks carefully filled at the distillery. This rare and unique whisky aged in the most humid area of the cellar, inside a first-fill cask that previously contained a prestigious red wine from the right bank of Bordeaux, imparting complex aromas and incomparable richness. Produced in a limited edition, only 500 bottles of this exceptional cuvée were bottled, thus guaranteeing a unique tasting experience for whisky lovers and collectors.
