Glann Ar Mor - 7 years old - Vintage 2014 - Bourbon Barrel - 58.5%

The Glann Ar Mor Distillery, a jewel of Breton artisanal tradition, was founded in 2005 by the passionate couple Martine and Jean Donnay. It features a unique setup with a pair of small onion-shaped stills: a 1,100-liter wash still and a 650-liter spirit still, both heated by direct flame for slow and controlled distillation. Condensation is achieved through long copper coils, ensuring finesse and purity of aromas. Nestled just a hundred meters from the Breton coastline, the distillery benefits from a unique marine environment that delicately influences the character of its whiskies.

This exclusive edition was carefully selected by the expert team at Clos des Spiritueux as part of the prestigious Conquête range. Aged for 7 years in carefully chosen Bourbon barrels, this single malt reveals both the power and aromatic complexity typical of American casks, with perfectly balanced vanilla and woody notes.

Non-Peated – this whisky thus expresses the purity and freshness of marine flavors, offering an elegant and refined tasting experience, ideal for lovers of authentic and characterful Breton whiskies.
