The independent bottler Michel Couvreur is an iconic figure in the world of artisanal whisky. Originally a producer and wine merchant from Burgundy, Michel Couvreur developed a passion for whisky in 1978, launching his first distillation at Edradour in 1986. Driven by a unique vision, he wished to acquire a distillery in Scotland, but ultimately chose to develop his expertise in Bouze-Lès-Beaune, at the heart of a terroir between Scotland and Andalusia. There, he specialized in the maturation and aging of rare whiskies in exceptional casks, notably Sherry and Port casks, bringing complexity and finesse to the aromas. Michel Couvreur's range is distinguished by its diversity and meticulous blending work, rigorous cask selection, and innovative techniques. Since Michel's passing in 2013, his son-in-law Cyril Deschamps and his wife Alexandra have continued this tradition of excellence, ensuring unparalleled quality.

Fleeting Q is an exceptional whisky aged 10 years, matured exclusively in two Port Pipes of Porto Colheita. This limited edition comprises only 2,000 bottles, making this bottle a prized rarity among connoisseurs.
