Nardini – Grappa Bianca – 50%
Founded in 1779 in Bassano del Grappa, at the foot of the Venetian Alps, the Nardini Distillery is considered the oldest grappa house in Italy. For over two centuries, it has perpetuated a unique family know-how, combining tradition and demanding quality. A symbol of excellence and prestige, Nardini has established its style, characterized by the purity and finesse of its distillates.
Grappa Bianca embodies the most authentic expression of distilled pomace. Produced using traditional methods, without barrel aging, it retains all the strength and frankness of its origin. With its 50% alcohol content, this powerful brandy reflects Nardini's philosophy: to offer a straightforward, intense, and perfectly controlled grappa, intended for connoisseurs in search of strong emotions.
On the nose, it reveals frank aromas of fresh marc, accompanied by white flowers, dried herbs and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is immediate and sharp, offering a striking freshness and a dense texture. The finish, dry and persistent, reveals a marked aromatic intensity, slightly spicy, which underlines its uncompromising character. A grappa of great purity, ideal served in a small grappalino glass, or as a bold base for cocktails with character.
