Carnival - Cuvée Marie - Organic White Rum - Saint James - 53.6%

The result of a bold collaboration between sailor Marie Tabarly , artist JoeyStarr and the iconic Saint James house in Martinique , Carnival Cuvée Marie is a white agricultural rum that asserts its roots as much as its modernity. Made from organic sugar cane , grown without chemical inputs and harvested at full maturity, this rum is distilled in a traditional Creole column from pure cane juice . After distillation, the rum rests for nearly two years in stainless steel vats , promoting a beautiful aromatic harmony. The reduction is slow, precise, and carried out without cold filtration in order to preserve the richness and purity of the product.

"Upon tasting, the nose opens with an intense fresh cane, enriched with white flowers and a lively citrus zest. On the palate, the texture is ample, carried by a tonic attack and nuances of tropical fruits. The saline and taut finish brings length and elegance. An organic, vibrant and authentic white rum, which perfectly embodies the free and committed spirit of those who imagined it."
