Founded in 2014 by the passionate expert Louis Stewart, this house specializes in selecting and marketing exceptional Single Malts from prestigious Scottish distilleries. Each whisky is rigorously aged in first fill Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, ensuring unparalleled aromatic depth and richness. These whiskies are bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration, thus preserving all their intensity and authenticity.

This exceptional Single Malt comes from the famous Blair Athol distillery, located in the majestic Scottish Highlands. Distilled in June 2013, it has been aged for 9 years in a single cask (#306577) that previously held rare first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry. This process gives it a complex aromatic profile, blending the rich notes of sherry with the subtlety of malt. This rare and powerful Single Cask is limited to only 341 bottles, making it a coveted collector's item.
