TW Spiritueux is an exceptional house located in Laguiole, in the heart of Aubrac in Aveyron. Founded in 2014 by 12 enthusiasts eager to craft an authentic whisky, the company set up its brewery and still in the village's former presbytery: Le Presbytère des Anges. Later, the old convent of Laguiole was transformed into a cellar dedicated to aging, ensuring ideal conditions to enhance their spirits. Also lovers of exceptional rums, they showcase the expertise of their cellar master, Florent Caston, by creating their own range of prestigious rums.

Aventurine is a carefully crafted blend from Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, including first and second fill casks from the prestigious González Byass bodega. This unique and refined Single Malt was bottled by gravity, without filtration or coloring, on November 4, 2022, after several months of controlled reduction. Production is limited to only 1,300 bottles, guaranteeing an exclusive tasting experience.
