The Michel Couvreur house, now managed by his son-in-law, is a renowned independent Belgian bottler specializing in high-quality Scottish whisky. Its exceptional aging cellars are located in Bouze-lès-Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, a region famous for its excellence in spirit maturation.

This unique "blend," crafted from a carefully selected mix of different cereals, undergoes a meticulous 4-year aging in French oak barrels, giving this whisky a delicate opaline hue. Its aromatic profile is distinguished by pronounced iodine notes, subtly enhanced with a hint of almond, offering a perfect balance between power and roundness on the palate. The Unique whisky is carefully reduced to 44% alcohol with pure water from the Pentland Hills, ensuring unmatched finesse and purity.
