Bordeaux Distilling Co. is an exceptional distillery located in the dynamic Bacalan district, in the heart of Bordeaux. Founded in 2019 by Antoine Gravouil, a former financier expatriated in London, this innovative urban distillery combines traditional know-how with modernity. The daily operations are led by Arnaud Chevalier, a bar manager recognized for his expertise gained in London at renowned establishments such as Whistling Shop and Black Rock, as well as at the specialized company Fluid Movement. Bordeaux Distilling Co. stands out for its artisanal and confidential production of high-end spirits, including gin, grain brandies, and refined liqueurs.

This exceptional Amaro is crafted through a meticulous maceration of aromatic herbs, roots, flowers, barks, citrus peels, and carefully selected spices in pure alcohol. It is then enriched by the addition of natural sugar syrup and benefits from barrel aging, imparting a unique aromatic complexity and perfect harmony on the palate.
