La Gauloise is an exceptional liqueur made from aromatic plants and brandy, originating from Corrèze, in the heart of central France. This traditional, authentic, and ancestral recipe was reportedly rediscovered in 1783 by Edouard Requier, a renowned master distiller and liquorist in Périgueux, in an old grimoire. It is now carefully crafted by the prestigious Distillerie du Centre located in Limoges.

Master liquorist Pierre Nouhaud meticulously selects rare and precious plants such as angelica, St. John's wort, saffron, cardamom, génépi, as well as other secret natural ingredients, all distilled twice over a wood fire with great skill, ensuring a unique and intense flavor.
