RHUM SAINT JAMES - Aged Rum - Fleur de canne - 42%

Saint-James began its unique story thanks to the pioneering intervention of Reverend Edmond Lefebure, then superior father at the Brothers of Charity convent and a passionate chemist. Quickly, he identified the exceptional potential of the spirits distilled near his hospital and decided to produce them himself artisanally. He thus created exceptional rums, recognized for their authenticity and richness, which he proudly named "Saint-James."

This Saint James aged rum Fleur de canne enriches the prestigious range of Saint-James rums with a cuvée featuring powerful, subtle, and captivating aromas. Its aging in small oak barrels gives this rum its magnificent amber color and develops a complex and refined aromatic bouquet. The sugar canes, harvested at full maturity during the so-called "flower" period, give this emblematic cuvée all its finesse and unique character. The Fleur de canne Blanc is also an exceptional cuvée offered by Clos des Spiritueux, highlighting the full richness of the Martinique terroir.
