The Raasay Distillery is ideally located on the island of Raasay, in the heart of the magnificent Hebridean Islands in Scotland, a place renowned for the exceptional quality of its spirits. This artisanal distillery passionately produces two iconic ranges: Isle of Raasay Gin and Isle of Raasay Whisky. All spirits are meticulously distilled, matured, and bottled directly on the island, using pure and naturally mineral-rich water from the ancestral well Tobar na Ba Bàine (meaning "well of the pale cow"). The Clos des Spiritueux distillery is also committed to actively supporting local employment and contributing to the sustainable development of the island community.

Signature Malt is the result of a subtle blend between two exceptional spirits from the island of Raasay – one peated and one unpeated – matured separately in an exclusive selection of first-fill rye whisky casks, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, for a total of 6 carefully chosen casks. This complex maturation gives this single malt a unique aromatic richness, combining fruity finesse and delicate vegetal notes.
