The prestigious brand J. Bally was founded by the visionary Jacques Bally in Martinique, at the heart of exceptional agricole rum production. True to an artisanal tradition inspired by the refined methods of French eaux-de-vie creation, Jacques Bally used exclusively fresh sugarcane juice, thus guaranteeing a rum of incomparable purity and finesse. In 1917, he revolutionized the industry by deciding to age his rums in small oak barrels, bringing depth and aromatic complexity to his spirits. Further innovation came in 1924 with the unique packaging of the rum in triangular bottles, which became emblematic and easily recognizable, symbolizing the brand's visual identity. Although the distillery closed its doors in 1989, the production of this exceptional rum continued at the Distillerie du Simon, thus perpetuating exceptional know-how and a tradition of finesse.

This remarkable Rhum Bally has benefited from an extended aging of 12 years in carefully selected oak barrels, developing powerful and balanced aromas, combining sweetness, woody and spicy notes, for an intense and memorable tasting experience.
