ARRAN - 21 years old - 46% ABV

The Arran Malt is an iconic Single Malt distillery located on the beautiful Isle of Arran, in the heart of Scotland's west coast. Renowned for the exceptional quality of its whiskies, this artisanal distillery offers a wide range of unique expressions with diverse and refined finishes. Founded in 1995, the distillery is situated in the northern part of the island, in Lochranza, close to Loch na Davie, the pure water source used for production. Initially, the grist (a mixture of crushed malted grains and boiling water used for mashing) was purchased externally, but now an internal mill has been installed to ensure full quality control. The Arran Malt is particularly recognized for its fresh, fruity, and tangy character, notably resulting from the slow, controlled distillation within its traditional stills.

The Arran 21 years old is a rare and precious expression, made from top-quality malted barley, then carefully aged for 21 years in rigorously selected sherry casks, which impart a subtle aromatic richness and remarkable complexity to this exceptional whisky.
