The Foursquare distillery, founded in 1996 by the passionate Seale family, is ideally located in the southeast of Barbados, a unique terroir renowned for the remarkable quality of its rums. Despite its relative youth, this distillery quickly established itself as one of the most innovative and technologically advanced in the Caribbean. It combines traditional methods and cutting-edge technologies with modern facilities including a double column with 40 plates and a magnificent double retort pot still equipped with a small column. A unique feature of Foursquare lies in the direct blending of distillates from the columns and the pot still into barrels, ensuring unparalleled aromatic complexity. Under the rigorous direction of Richard Seale, a globally recognized rum purist, no additives are allowed, thus guaranteeing the authenticity and exceptional purity of each batch.
