RHUM SAINT JAMES - Aged Rum - Private Reserve - 12 years - 43% ABV

Saint-James began its story thanks to the visionary intervention of Reverend Edmond Lefebure, then the superior father at the Brothers of Charity convent and passionate about chemistry. He quickly recognized the exceptional potential of the spirits distilled near his hospital and committed to producing them himself with unique expertise. This artisanal approach gave birth to exceptional rums, proudly named "Saint-James," symbols of authenticity and tradition.

As the name of the cuvée indicates, this agricultural rum Saint James 12 years, bottled at 43%, benefits from an extended aging of 12 years in carefully selected oak barrels. Over these years, the aromas have intensified, revealing spicy, warm, and deep notes that enhance the exotic and floral fragrances characteristic of this prestigious rum. Awarded a medal at the Paris General Agricultural Competition in 2011 and again in 2012, this Saint James rum embodies the excellence and richness of the Martinique terroir.
