Alexandre Gabriel is a demanding perfectionist, which is reflected in the exceptional quality of each bottle signed Plantation. To realize his vision, he founded Plantation and committed sustainably to the industry by investing in distilleries and rum production companies. This 15-year-old aged rum from Cuba by Plantation Rum comes from the exclusive harvest of the 2003 vintage. It is part of the prestigious Single Cask collection, rums coming from a single carefully selected barrel. Distilled in column still at Sancti Spiritus, this rum aged for 13 years in ex-Bourbon barrels in a tropical climate, allowing exceptional aromatic development. Enriched by an additional one-year refinement in ex-Cognac barrels at Maison Ferrand in Cognac, it reveals a complex and elegant palette. Each bottle, numbered and limited, is enhanced by traditional packaging: a raffia wrapping around the neck, an ancestral method originally used to prevent counterfeiting and which today adds an authentic and refined charm.
