Cognac Jean Luc Pasquet - Pineau des Charentes Rosé - 18%
Based in Éraville, in the heart of the Grande Champagne region, Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet has been perpetuating the artisanal excellence of Cognac and Charente spirits for several generations. A pioneer of organic viticulture in the region, the family cultivates its vines with a deep respect for the terroir. Today, it produces authentic and elegant vintages, reflecting traditional expertise combined with a contemporary demand for quality.
Pineau des Charentes Rosé is made from carefully selected red grape musts, to which is added cognac from the estate. After aging in oak barrels, it reveals a perfect harmony between the fruity lusciousness of the grape and the aromatic complexity of the cognac. With its 18% alcohol content, it embodies a refined and accessible style, ideal for discovering or rediscovering the elegance of Pineau rosé.
Its bright ruby color heralds a generous and aromatic liqueur wine. The nose seduces with intense notes of strawberry, raspberry, and fresh cherry, enriched with vanilla and delicately woody nuances. On the palate, the texture is soft and velvety, combining the freshness of red fruits with the roundness of cognac. The finish, long and elegant, leaves fruity and honeyed accents lingering. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif, with a fruity dessert, or as an original pairing with certain mature cheeses.
