The Distillerie Cazottes, located in Villeneuve-sur-Vère in the Tarn department, is renowned for its traditional expertise and commitment to quality. Laurent Cazottes, heir to a precious knowledge of itinerant distilling, passionately cultivates his fruits and flowers in certified organic agriculture and applies biodiversity-friendly biodynamic practices. He owns about 600 Williams pear trees, 200 Golden Reine Claude plum trees, as well as vines planted since 2010, ensuring exceptional raw materials. The distillery thus produces artisanal eaux-de-vie, natural liqueurs, refined aperitifs, and authentic wines from its local production.
