Cognac Jean Luc Pasquet - Marie Framboise - 16%
\nThe prestigious Cognac House Pasquet is located at Chez Ferchaud-Eraville, in Bellevigne in the Charente, the historic heart of cognac production. Since 1970, Jean-Luc Pasquet has taken over the family legacy inherited from his uncle Albert, continuing the tradition on an initial estate of 8 hectares planted in Grande and Petite Champagne, the most renowned crus for exceptional cognac. The estate now extends to 14 hectares, all cultivated according to the rigorous principles of certified organic farming since 1995, ensuring environmentally respectful production recognized for its superior quality. The traditional 20-hectoliter still used by the house allows for a meticulous double distillation, essential to obtain eaux-de-vie that are both fine and rich in aromas. These are carefully aged for a minimum of 4 years in oak barrels, two years longer than legal requirements, thus ensuring a cognac of great aromatic complexity and remarkable elegance. Today, the House is managed by Jean Pasquet and his wife Amy, originally from the United States, who bring an international breath to this house with exceptional artisanal know-how.
\nThe Marie-Framboise is an original and refined creation, made from freshly pressed grape juice and authentic cognac eau-de-vie in which fresh raspberries have been delicately macerated. All ingredients come from organic farming, highlighting the sustainable and responsible commitment of the Pasquet House. This unique blend harmoniously combines three emblematic grape varieties: Ugni Blanc (40%), Montils (40%), and Merlot (20%), grown on an exceptional clay-limestone terroir that gives the product a rich taste and incomparable freshness. This flavored cognac appeals to enthusiasts with its perfect balance between fruity sweetness, cognac finesse, and terroir authenticity, making it a preferred choice for discerning connoisseurs.
