The Arran Malt is a renowned Single Malt distillery located on the Isle of Arran, in the heart of Scotland's west coast. Known for the exceptional quality of its whiskies, this craft distillery offers a wide range of unique expressions and finishes that reveal the richness and diversity of Scottish terroir flavors. Founded in 1995 in the north of the island, at Lochranza, near Loch na Davie — a pure and natural source used for production — The Arran Malt benefits from an ideal environment to distill exceptional whiskies. Initially, the grist was purchased, but today, an integrated mill allows control over every stage of production, thus guaranteeing the authenticity and freshness of the malt. The distinctive character of Arran Malt is recognized for its fresh acidity and delicately peated notes, the result of a slow and controlled distillation within its traditional stills.

This exclusive Arran expression comes from a Single Cask (#2012/2618) carefully selected by the expert team at Clos des Spiritueux. Distilled on November 13, 2012, this whisky has matured for 11 years in a peated Bourbon cask, giving this limited edition a complex and subtle aromatic profile. Bottled on July 4, 2024, this rare gem counts only 237 numbered bottles, making this single malt a rare and precious piece for lovers and collectors of exceptional peated whiskies.
