Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an independent bottling house created in 2022 by two passionate friends, Grégory and Alain, from Ariège. With several years of experience in the world of spirits, they wanted to launch their own brand to offer unique blends, controlled aging, and careful refinements, thus embodying the excellence and authenticity of artisanal spirits.

This rare and prestigious edition is an exceptional agricole rum from the Fiji Islands, distilled in a continuous column from molasses harvested in 2015. This rum benefited from aging in American oak barrels that previously contained Bourbon, combining 5 years in a mild tropical climate and an additional 3 years in a harsh continental climate, giving it a deep aromatic complexity with perfectly balanced vanilla and woody notes.
