Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an independent bottling house created in 2022 by two enthusiasts, Grégory and Alain, originally from Ariège. With years of expertise in the world of spirits, they decided to share their unique vision of blending, aging, and refining, thus offering exceptional whiskies.

This rare edition comes from the famous North British Distillery Company, founded in 1885 on the western outskirts of Edinburgh by Andrew Usher, William Sanderson, and John Crabbie. This Single Grain Whisky, distilled in September 1991, has matured for 33 years in a first-fill Bourbon cask, developing remarkable complexity and finesse. Only 244 bottles of this prestigious batch were produced, making it a collector's item for discerning enthusiasts.
