Maison Dolin is located in Chambéry, in Savoie . For more than 200 years, two families have succeeded each other at the head of the company: the Chavasse/Dolin family and the Sevez family. The distillery has gone through significant events in History, such as the reunion of Savoy with France, the Great War or the bombing of Chambéry in 1944. It has preserved old-fashioned manufacturing methods , finding its inspiration in the mountains of the Alps and drawing from their riches the ingredients to develop original recipes still kept secret today. Dolin has always favored local plant growers , helping them to develop certain crops of endangered wild alpine plants (genepi, vulnerary, etc.). They choose suppliers of labels, cardboard or glass located near Chambéry, and the rare products that are not made in the workshop (lemonade, Savoie apple juice) are worked less than 30 km from the establishment.

This génep is made in Savoie. It is composed of water, alcohol, sugar and macerations and alcoholates of génepi artemisia mutellina and aromatic plants harvested at more than 1,500 meters above sea level. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice or in a cocktail.
