Forthave Spirits is an iconic craft distillery located in the vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood of New York. Specializing in the creation of high-quality botanical spirits, it offers a refined range including amaro, digestifs, aperitifs, and gin. Founded by two enthusiasts: contemporary painter Aaron Sing Fox and renowned screenwriter/producer Daniel de la Nuez, this distillery favors traditional and sustainable methods. Their expertise is based on the exclusive use of carefully selected plant-based ingredients. With an impressive library of over 200 different plants — herbs, roots, barks, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds — they craft their spirits in stainless steel vats, without using any filtering agents or artificial coloring. To subtly sweeten their creations, they use only natural and raw sweeteners such as organic turbinado sugar and raw honey harvested in northern New York State. Nearly 100% of the ingredients used are certified organic; for the rare exceptions, they come from small uncertified farmers or are wild-harvested, thus ensuring authenticity and traceability.

It is made from single-origin Pacamar Ambar coffee beans, carefully grown by Don Sergio Ortez in Nicaragua and locally roasted in Brooklyn to preserve all their aromatic nuances. This liqueur stands out due to an innovative manufacturing process combining cold extraction and slow maceration of the ground beans, which gives Brown a unique richness and complexity on the palate.
